At Juna, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process makes it simple to request an exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
